Effective Thursday, September 16, the Tuesday and Thursday workout sessions at 5:15 AM and 5:30 PM will be in front of the Legislative Building.

This past Sunday, Gerry Nagy and Rahul Bhattacharyya ran the Yorkton Charity Road Race, the final race on the TIMEX Road Race Series calendar.  Both finished 1st in their age group, with times of 36:47 and 37:32, respectively.

Due to the heavy rainfall and poor conditions, both the morning and the evening workout on July 28, 2015 are canceled.
