Dear Royal Road Race Participants,

We were so looking forward to celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Royal Road Race with you on May 9th, 2020. However, due to restrictions resulting from COVID-19 the decision has been made to postpone this event to next year.

A new race date will be determined and communicated to you once our race organizing committee has a better understanding of when it is safe to proceed with this event.

All those that are currently registered for the Royal Road Race are automatically registered for the next running of this event. No further action is required to re-register. An option will also be provided to those registrants who may wish to transfer their registration to someone else. (In   such cases Race Roster will require a small transfer fee.)

As significant funds have already been expended on items for the 10th Anniversary Royal Road Race and considering that the majority of funds are designated to be received by local charities, refunds to registrants are not possible as per our standard policy.

Purchased race items such as t-shirts, extra brunch tickets as well as finishing medals and jewelry will be held for distribution at the re-scheduled event as originally intended.

All registrants who made an additional online charitable donation to either KidSport or Astonished will receive a tax receipt from the designated charity for the current tax year.
