Congratulations to Rick Minnett who recently completed the Sinster 7 race!
Sinister 7 is a 148 km footrace through rugged terrain in the Crownsnest Pass of Alberta's Rocky Mountains. The course consists of 7 distinct sections, ranging from 12km to 35km. Total elevation gain over the entire course is 17,454 ft. Runners must complete the race in less than 27 hours. There were 166 solo runners who attempted to complete the entire race. Of the 166 who started, only 47 completed it. Rick finished in 24th place with a time of 24 hours 34 minutes. Congratulations Rick, we are proud of you.
