Race Director, Ted Jaleta, is excited to announce that both the men’s and women’s 10 km course record holders will be back to defend their titles at the 2013 Royal Road Race to be held on Saturday, May 11th at the RCMP Training Academy in Regina.
2012 SaskSport male athlete of the year, Kelly Wiebe, holds the course record for the men’s 10 km race with a time of 29:14 which is the fastest time recorded for this distance on Saskatchewan soil!
Another outstanding distance runner, Bevin Kennelly, holds the course record for the women’s 10 km race with a time of 35:46.
