Hi Pacers,

QCM is right around the corner. 

There will not be a hill workout on Saturday. As per the tradition of the Pacers, we will meet at 8:30 AM at the QCM starting line by the TC Douglas Building.  We will do a very light run and a few strides and then go for coffee after that.

Make sure to wear your Pacers gear.  I am bringing my camera so we can take a few pictures.

On Sunday, we will meet at the starting line at 7 AM for a warm up.  The warm up is personal, just do what works best for you.

I will have the jackets/hats with me has not picked them up.

If you wish to get a good parking spot, I highly recommend coming very early.

Next week’s workouts, those that have competed don’t need to come to workouts.  Just easy recovery runs is recommended or rest.

There will still be a Tuesday/Thursday workout as normal for those not racing.
