Training


The group trains 6 times per week throughout the year with speed sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays and hill training on Saturdays. Members meet informally for long runs on Sundays. Monday and Wednesday are recovery runs done on your own and Fridays are a day off.

Training is designed to suit individual needs and goals.

Fees: $70 per month or $15 per session.

Annual Training Schedule:

Winter:  November to March indoors

Summer:  April to October outdoors

Winter Schedule:

Speed Sessions – Location:  City of Regina Fieldhouse, 1717 Elphinstone Street, Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 AM.

Hill Training – Location:  Douglas Park Hill, Saturday at 8:30 AM

Summer Schedule:

Speed Sessions – Location:  In front of the Legislative Building.

Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15 AM and 5:30 PM.
